Believe it or not, 2012 is here!

We at Ole South plan to celebrate all year long, too! There’s a lot of great things happening in Middle Tennessee. Home sales are rebounding and new jobs are being created.

Before we celebrate 2012, let’s give 2011 a last bit of attention:

In 2011, Ole South closed 291 new homes in Middle Tennessee. We are proud that the new home buyers in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Spring Hill, Smyrna, and Clarksville chose an Ole South home and these 291 households are joining thousands of other Ole South home owners across Middle Tennessee. Welcome!
