One Million Dollars

Giving Back to Area Non-Profits

2020 was a record year for Ole South, selling over 1000 new homes to Middle Tennesseans. However, not everyone was so fortunate. This year Ole South has given over ONE MILLION DOLLARS to area non-profit organizations that continue to provide vital programs and services throughout Middle Tennessee.

  • Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity

“The Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity is honored to have the support of TN’s number one home builder, Ole South. Together we build strength, stability, and self-reliance by providing affordable housing opportunities for the residents of Rutherford County.”

  • Discovery Center

"On behalf of all the children and families we serve at Discovery Center each day, we are so grateful to Ole South for their continued support of our mission to inspire the next generation of physicians, scientists, artists, and homebuilders as we engage curious minds to fuel the future. This most generous gift comes at a time that has been especially difficult for children's museums around the world due to closures, regulated operating hours, and the cancellation of school field trips. Because of Ole South, Discovery Center will not only survive this pandemic, but will continue to thrive and grow its outreach and programming to an even wider community of families."

    Lindsey Jennings
    Vice President of Philanthropy

Ole South is a great community helper and makes a positive difference for many!"

"We got a chance to visit many communities and look at homes and home plans from many builders. From the big national chain builders to smaller local guys, no one seemed to be able to offer the quality of home at the price that Ole South could. A unique home that fit our needs and was customized to our desires. With a no pressure sales process, it was a unique experience that we were surprised to see and one of the reasons we live happily in our Ole South home today. "
