Ole South’s Mankin Pointe community is located in lovely Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This town is found in Rutherford County and in 2020 had a reported population of nearly 153,000 and has even been expected to have grown since! Murfreesboro is an appealing spot to live in because it offers quick access to the big city being roughly 30 miles southeast of downtown Nashville. 

This city is considered one of the best places to live in Middle Tennessee because of the suburban feel, quick access to Nashville, an abundance of parks, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. There is even a university located here for those looking to pursue higher education! Additionally, this town is welcoming for both young professionals and individuals raising a family, as the public schools here are highly ranked. 

Furthermore, Ole South’s Mankin Pointe neighborhood is ideal for homeowners because it is peaceful and secluded, yet minutes from everything Murfreesboro has to offer. Not to mention, this community has proximity to thriving neighborhood schools, such as Black Fox Elementary School, Whitworth-Buchanan Middle School, and Riverdale High School, plus quick access to Interstate 24.
