New Homes in Smyrna, TN – “a sneak peek” at our new Model Home in Belmont

Categories: New Homes For Growing Families, New Homes for the First-Time Buyer, New Homes for those downsizing, Ole South Neighborhoods, Smyrna Area Information | Posted: May 30, 2012

In relentless pursuit of the “perfect house,”  Ole South reveals another exciting new home floor plan.  We liked it so much that we built one for our new model home in Smyrna’s Belmont neighborhood.

How do we keep making the best plans even better?  Simple.  by listening to our home buyers and the trends they develop.

Many are asking for a more open kitchen, and they really love islands.. and they love a functioning island even more.  Here you go!

And everyone likes a large Owner’s Suite on the main level:

We also have heard from many families that want large secondary bedrooms as well.  There are two exceptionally large secondary bedrooms upstairs.  Take a look:

Also, everyone likes Bonus Rooms and the bigger they are the better they like it.  This is a bonus room you will LOVE!

Back downstairs on the main level, you will love the 9′ ceilings.  A real wood-burning fireplace option too?  Absolutely!

This particular new home plan is 2185 sf of living area.  We can also extend the garage for added storage, even a 3-car side entry garage on certain home sites!

This exciting plan can be built in most all of our Middle Tennessee neighborhoods in a variety of exterior elevations…. at a price you will not believe!

For a “sneak peek” at the new Belmont model home in Smyrna, give Adam Hall a ring at 615.220.9120.  It is real easy to find.  I-24 East, Exit 70 Almaville Road, South 1 mile to Belmont on the right.

And for those that are asking for more bedrooms, we are still listening!  There is a 4-bedroom version of this same plan in the works right now.

Remember, interest rates are lower than they have ever been.  Why not visit an Ole South new home neighborhood today?

You can start your visit right now at www.OleSouth.com!

The Ole South Blog: It’s happening in Smyrna!

Have you driven down I-24 East lately?   A lot of people have, and are finding a great, new life waiting for them in Smyrna!  What once were fields along Sam Ridley Parkway and Almaville Road are now thriving business centers!

Newcomers to the area are finding new residential areas, new schools, new shopping centers,  new hospitals and more that offer that ‘NEW” quality of life, but in an area rich in history.  CLICK HERE to learn more about the history of Rutherford County’s Smyrna, Tennessee.

There is much excitement around Smyrna about Nissan.  A 1.3 million square-foot, $1.7 billion facility under construction will soon produce up to 200,000 vehicle battery packs each year.  CLICK HERE for more information on this facility.

Even more excitement as Nissan gears up for production of the Nissan Leaf in 2012.  Perfect timing with gasoline prices skyrocketing!

There is a lot of good news outside of Nissan as well.  HCA will spend over $200 million to build a data center in close proximity to Smyrna, adding approximately 155 area jobs.  And there is more good news coming out every day!  CLICK HERE to keep up with the latest announcements!

We at Ole South are excited to have two popular neighborhoods in Smyrna.  With the growing popularity of this area, don’t be surprised if you see a few more!

Here’s Adam Hall to introduce our Smyrna Neighborhoods:
