Community spotlight: Mankin Pointe

Less than a ten minute drive from Murfreesboro, you will find the peaceful and secluded neighborhood of Mankin Pointe. So what are the homes like?

At Mankin Pointe, you have the option to choose from three, four and five bedroom plans styled in the Craftsman tradition with use of stone accented exteriors with Hardie-Plank siding from James Hardie. Homes are priced in the $260s and range from 2,073 – 2,618 square feet.

On the exterior of the homes, you will find brick or stone in coordinating color scheme, brushed nickel door hardware, a concrete driveway and sidewalk, concrete patio, sodded front yard, a landscape package, and a raised panel steel garage door with glass.

Bathrooms have birch cabinetry and chrome fixtures. The owner suite also includes a glamour bath, consisting of a separate shower with door, soaking tub, and raised vanity. The updated kitchen includes staggered height birch cabinetry with crown accents, granite countertops, and an appliance package includes smooth surface electric range, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and built-in microwave.

Enclave at Berkshire

Stratford ParkWe want to take this opportunity to tell you about one of our amazing communities, Stratford Park! Stratford Park is such a sweet, cozy neighborhood located in Sumner County. This community is full of single-family, cottage-like homes with plenty of yard and space between each house.
Stratford Park’s homes have incredible features and many different floorplans to choose from. Homes range from 1,624 square feet to 2,542 square feet and have anywhere between 3 to 4 bedrooms. All homes have a two-car garage and back patio.
