Long Hunter Chase

Categories: Nashville New Homes | Posted: December 17, 2015

This week we invite you to check out Long Hunter Chase, one of our most sought after communities. We have no doubt that Long Hunter’s appeal is its location. Positioned in Southeastern Davidson County, Long Hunter is perfectly placed between Nashville and Mt. Juliet. It is also nestled right up against Percy Priest Lake and just right down the road from Opry Mills, not to mention Providence Marketplace in Mt. Juliet, which has an endless array of shops and restaurants. Long Hunter is also nearby Antioch High School and Mt. View Elementary.

Long Hunter homes range from 1,726 – 2,542 square feet and start just around $191’s.  We have many different floor plans to choose from, so finding a home that suites you and your family’s needs shouldn’t be a problem at all! All our homes have a traditional look and feel, which makes for a cozy, peaceful neighborhood. Each house comes with a two-car garage and driveway.

Long Hunter Chase is one of our newer communities and with that we would love to have you come out and take a look at our homes we have available. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to tour the neighborhood and homes, please contact Chuck Payne at 615-219-5644 or go to our website at http://www.olesouth.com/long-hunter-chase. We look forward to talking with you!

Model Home Spotlight- Old Hickory Commons

Categories: Nashville Area Information, Nashville New Homes, New Homes For Growing Families, New Homes for the First-Time Buyer, New Homes for those downsizing, Ole South Neighborhoods | Posted: April 28, 2015

ohc

Nestled in the outskirts of downtown Nashville, our Old Hickory Commons community has the best mix of suburban flair and city life. From granite kitchen counters to electric range and refrigerator upgrades, these town homes are the perfect spot to call home. Turn-of-the-century styling in the craftsman tradition    is what makes Old Hickory Commons a unique, desirable place to call home.

Here are a few reasons why you should take a look at settling down here:

Price

Starting at $119,900, our two bedroom homes integrate style with convenience. With the growing nature of the Nashville market, you may find it difficult to find a better price with the influx of people moving into town. Why rent when you can own for less?

Location

While living in the downtown area is great, it is unreasonable for most. With easy access to I-24, the International Airport and surrounding areas such as Brentwood, Murfreesboro and Smyrna, Old Hickory Commons has the most convenient location to meet all your needs. Go on a shopping trip at the nearby Marketplace at Providence or take out your fishing poles and head to Percy Priest Lake. You won’t find a more perfect location to access everything that Nashville has to offer.

Amentities

What’s the most important thing when buying a new home? Well…the home itself of course. Here are just a few of the features available in our properties.

  • Hardwood Entry
  • Stain resistant carpeting
  • Vaulted or trey ceilings per plan
  • 6-panel fiberglass front door
  • Custom cabinetry
  • Laminate countertops
  • Appliance package, including electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and built-in microwave
  • Engineered roof truss system
  • 5 – year limited warranty

The Ole South Blog: Here we GROW again!

Categories: Nashville New Homes, Ole South Neighborhoods | Posted: October 5, 2012

All around Middle Tennessee there is evidence that our housing market is in full recovery, especially in neighborhoods where Ole South builds homes.

The Cane Ridge area of Nashville is no exception.  There are many reasons this area is growing:

Hickory Hollow Mall is finding new life thanks to the efforts of Nashville State Tech and Mayor Karl Dean’s office.   The area surrounding the mall is again expanding with new and remodeled business and leaders are committed to improving the overall safety and appearance of the area.  The recently opened Cane Ridge High School is having great success with its Career Academy education model.  New schools are being built, new parks are planned.  The list goes on and on!

2012 was very good for Ole South in 37013.  Our Barnes Crossing neighborhood has sold out, we just sold our last homes in Spencer Hill and Old Hickory Hills, and sales have been vibrant in Rivendell Woods of Cane Ridge and The Preserve at Old Hickory, creating the need for more developed lots to meet demand.

Speaking of demand, there is huge demand for ALL BRICK, affordable homes in Nashville, Davidson County.

Which is why we are now building ALL BRICK homes in APPLE VALLEY, located of of Old Hickory Blvd. in the Cane Ridge area of Nashville.

Floor plans will be offered in the 2000-2500 square-foot range, priced from $179,990, complete with all kitchen appliances!  Here are just a few of the plans we are offering:
