You wake up in the morning to look out the window to see the sun shining on the freshly dewed grass, hear the sing song of the spotted sandpipers swooping by and take a sip of coffee. If this is something that strikes your interest, and you are looking for a new home in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee area, Puckett Station is the perfect place for you! Puckett Station is over 185 acres of new homes surrounded by three parts beautiful creeks and woods. This allows safety, privacy, and peace along with the freedom to enjoy many of the creek side lots and wooded areas.

Other amenities include acres of open green grass, playground, a neighborhood pool, and cabana as well as sidewalks and street lights. Entering the boulevard, you will notice the well-kept landscaping following the round-about. If you are looking to start a family, or even expand, Puckett Station is the perfect place for you. With larger than normal home sites, 2-3 bedrooms, and floor plans starting at 1,600 sq./ft. to nearly 2,600 sq./ft. With the option of 9 different floor plans, it shouldn’t be hard to find one that suites perfectly for you and your family’s accommodations.

The homes are all up-to-date with hard wood floors, stain resistant carpeting, a wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closets, archways, trey ceilings, a back patio with an outdoor fireplace, and a garage-door opener! Of course we can’t forget to mention the ceiling fans, brushed nickel hardware, wainscoting, crown molding, and ventilated closet shelving. These are just few of many things beautiful about these homes. There is no need to worry about the exterior either! These homes are featured with maintenance-free vinyl siding, sodded front yard with a landscaping package, raised panel garage door with glass windows and coach lights, and matching brush nickel to go along with the interior.

This community is adjacent to the well recommended Blackman Schools complex. On I-74 take exit 76 South, onto Medical Center Parkway/ Manson Pike. Take a left onto Fortress Blvd, and then a right onto Puckett Creek Crossing which will lead you into the community. Stop by and see us sometime!

Have you driven down I-24 East lately?   A lot of people have, and are finding a great, new life waiting for them in Smyrna!  What once were fields along Sam Ridley Parkway and Almaville Road are now thriving business centers!

Newcomers to the area are finding new residential areas, new schools, new shopping centers,  new hospitals and more that offer that ‘NEW” quality of life, but in an area rich in history.  CLICK HERE to learn more about the history of Rutherford County’s Smyrna, Tennessee.

There is much excitement around Smyrna about Nissan.  A 1.3 million square-foot, $1.7 billion facility under construction will soon produce up to 200,000 vehicle battery packs each year.  CLICK HERE for more information on this facility.

Even more excitement as Nissan gears up for production of the Nissan Leaf in 2012.  Perfect timing with gasoline prices skyrocketing!

There is a lot of good news outside of Nissan as well.  HCA will spend over $200 million to build a data center in close proximity to Smyrna, adding approximately 155 area jobs.  And there is more good news coming out every day!  CLICK HERE to keep up with the latest announcements!

We at Ole South are excited to have two popular neighborhoods in Smyrna.  With the growing popularity of this area, don’t be surprised if you see a few more!
