The Ole South Blog: Here we GROW again!

Categories: Nashville New Homes, Ole South Neighborhoods | Posted: October 5, 2012

All around Middle Tennessee there is evidence that our housing market is in full recovery, especially in neighborhoods where Ole South builds homes.

The Cane Ridge area of Nashville is no exception.  There are many reasons this area is growing:

Hickory Hollow Mall is finding new life thanks to the efforts of Nashville State Tech and Mayor Karl Dean’s office.   The area surrounding the mall is again expanding with new and remodeled business and leaders are committed to improving the overall safety and appearance of the area.  The recently opened Cane Ridge High School is having great success with its Career Academy education model.  New schools are being built, new parks are planned.  The list goes on and on!

2012 was very good for Ole South in 37013.  Our Barnes Crossing neighborhood has sold out, we just sold our last homes in Spencer Hill and Old Hickory Hills, and sales have been vibrant in Rivendell Woods of Cane Ridge and The Preserve at Old Hickory, creating the need for more developed lots to meet demand.

Speaking of demand, there is huge demand for ALL BRICK, affordable homes in Nashville, Davidson County.

Which is why we are now building ALL BRICK homes in APPLE VALLEY, located of of Old Hickory Blvd. in the Cane Ridge area of Nashville.

Floor plans will be offered in the 2000-2500 square-foot range, priced from $179,990, complete with all kitchen appliances!  Here are just a few of the plans we are offering:
