Question: What types of loans are included in this program?
Answer: There are numerous types of loans tailored to meet you specific needs, including reduced rates for many
first-time buyers. THDA, FHA and Conventional Loans are all included in the program. You can put more money down
to reduce your monthly payment, but it isn't necessary when you are approved through this program.
Question: What if I am unsure about my credit?
Answer: Simply make a phone call to Ole South Financial for a free, over-the-phone analysis of your situation. If we
do not have a loan program to meet your needs, we have a wide selection of cooperating lenders to work with and still GUARANTEE you will pay only $500 toward closing costs! If for some reason you cannot qualify at the present time,
the loan counselor will gladly "coach" you on steps to take toward owning your own home.
Question: What do I do when I am ready to purchase a new home?
Answer: Simply contact our on-site sales agent and choose the home that is right for you. Then proceed to contract
for the purchase with a $500 deposit (refundable if not approved) and contact your Ole South Financial Representative.
Question: How soon can I move in?
Answer: Sooner than you think! You can choose from any of our available homes under construction, or choose a home site and floor plan to build and move within 90-120 days!
