Homebuyer University is a service provided to all homebuyers by Ole South Properties. It is intended to help new homebuyers understand the process of buying a home as well as the details of financing and preparing for a new home.

You are only required to attend one hour-long class, but you'll walk out with a better understanding of what is needed to buy a home and how you can prepare for it. Even better, your Homebuyer's University Certificate of Completion is good for $3,000 towards the purchase of any new Ole South home.

There are four opportunities for you to attend, but space will fill up fast so choose the date that's best for you
and RSVP.

• Tuesday April 29th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
• Saturday May 17th from 10am to 11am
• Tuesday June 10th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
• Saturday July 12th from 10am to 11am
