Home Buyers deserve more than minimum industry standards and state requirements in the warranty of their new home.  Ole South goes over and beyond these requirements with our Premier Warranty Solution.

Prior to taking delivery of your new home, a member of the Customer Care Team will introduce you to all of the systems and components of your new home, and a thorough description of our Premier Warranty Solution. Inside the Premier Warranty Solution book is a list of frequently asked questions, answers, and guidelines for troubleshooting.

Through MY OLE SOUTH, our online home buyer service portal, you will have direct access to customer care personnel for service requests, updates, and storage of important documents and information pertaining to your new home. When you contract for your new home, you will be given login instructions to access your MY OLE SOUTH below.

Emergency Service

Emergency service is available under certain conditions. In an event of an emergency the first step is to get the situation under control. The fastest way to do this is by contacting the appropriate sub-contractor who can address the emergency. A sub-contractor list was presented to you at closing and can be found in your electrical panel box in your home. Contact them at the number provided.

If you feel like there is a life threatening emergency you should leave your home immediately and dial 911.

For other emergencies requiring service, please call our 24-hour emergency assistance number 615-896-2228.

Non emergency warranty requests should be submitted online using the contact form on this page. You can also complete a form using your warranty booklet that you received at closing . That completed form should be faxed to (615) 896-9380 or scanned and sent via email to warranty@olesouth.com.
